NECO GCE Nov/Dec 2011 is Still On- How Much and How to Register?
The National Examinations Council (NECO GCE) is still on. For those who intended to register but due to one problem or the other they were unable to register, the 2011 NECO GCE is still on. The scratch card cost Seven Thousand Seven Fifty (#7,750) and is available at any branch of Skype Bank or other banks or cyber cafes and other authorized agencies. (more…)
