This is to inform our esteemed readers and members and all candidates that sat for the 2012/2013 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Exam (UTME) that the exam body, JAMB, has fixed the official cut-off mark for this year post utme screening at 180 for all universities and 160 for other higher institutions.
This announcement was made by JAMB in meeting with Federal Ministry of Education, schools and other stakeholders.
It will be recalled in April, the Registrar of JAMB promised that they will announce this year cut-off mark in May.
Although individual institution has right to peg the cut-off mark at any point deemed fit, but most of them will adhere to these official cut-off points.
