The National Examinations Council (NECO GCE) is still on. For those who intended to register but due to one problem or the other they were unable to register, the 2011 NECO GCE is still on. The scratch card cost Seven Thousand Seven Fifty (#7,750) and is available at any branch of Skype Bank or other banks or cyber cafes and other authorized agencies.
The exams body, NECO, has authorized some agencies to register candidates for this year GCE and urges every interested candidates to use those agents to register to avoid error. The registration process required biometric and finger print.
Although some cyber cafe are registering candidates successfully, but you have to look for only cafes that are good.
Please have it in mind that registration would be closing any moment from now and the earlier the better.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR NECO GCE NOV/DEC 2011
To register to for this year NECO GCE, visit NECO website after obtaining the scratch card and enter card pin and serial number to proceed. Please bear it in mind that you need scanner for your finger print so it is advisable to patronize the authorized agents or a very good cyber cafe around you.

Neco board am nt annoyed so much cos i wrote jamb i no i wil make it . I just want to no where i belong thank God dat i knew nw to start afresh. Bt do u no what God wil punish d board. Holy Jesus…it’s just as if i’ve neva heard of mass failure.Dis is now mass failure,dis is mass must not go to sch with our result…when i saw my result,i regreted ever hearing abt the result.Anyway,they’ve dont their worst cos i dont think there is anything worst that dis.For neco,keep it up cos a time will come when u and yr family will be the only 1 sitting 4 yr examination…GREAT NIGERIAN STUDENT,LETS REMAIN STRONG…
